Jim MacGregor President
Jim MacGregor has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications field. Jim started as a salesman for Telecom North in 1985, and after ten years of direct sales moved into operations management. After a five-year stint as operations manager at Cremer Engineering, Jim moved on to a position as State Operations Director for a large interconnect company with offices around Wisconsin. Jim was running his own telecommunications consulting company, JCM Communications, when this opportunity presented itself. He is fortunate to know several of the technicians and many customers from his long tenure in the industry.
John Galvin Telecommunications Sales Rep
John has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has consulted on and sold complex voice networks and has served over 300 companies, many with multiple locations. He has extensive sales certifications in multiple telecommunications, VOIP and digital servers and excels at consultative selling of routers, VOIP servers and phone systems with voicemail, ACD, and call accounting.
John has made a strong commitment to the NEC product line, staying abreast of the latest technology to ensure his clients receive the system and specialized applications to fit their needs.

Tom Lohr Sales Engineer
Tom has over a dozen years experience in telecommunications. He has worked primarily on the services side of the business, doing everything from ordering a simple phone line to complex circuits and products. Customers are often surprised to discover that improving their technology can deliver superior service at substantial savings. Tom is an expert at guiding a business through the maze of competing carriers and can find the best solution at the lowest cost.
Joann Kassel Accounting Manager
Joann Kassel has been working at companies under the Cremer name since 1973. She started with the original owners, John & Betty Cremer, who founded their company in 1960.
She started working as a receptionist for about six years and later worked in the accounting department. She has had a variety of duties in her years in the Telecommunications Industry. In November of 2010, Joann was hired by CremerTech, LLC. Joann has experience as receptionist, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, job costing, maintenance contracts, inventory, and numerous other miscellaneous jobs – sometimes as a full-time position and other times just helping out in that department. She has worked with MAS 200, Quickbooks and ESC software, also helped with the implementation of these softwares.
Jim Olsen Operations Manager
Jim has over 27 years of experience in the telecommunications field. During the first 20 years he was a Certified Technician working with NEC products and multiple telephony systems. As a technician, he installed and serviced customers with up to 29 locations. For the past seven years as Operations Manager, Jim has managed and mentored up to 18 technicians. Every new project implementation starts and ends with Jim. He ensures that the best team is assembled for the project and oversees the project through to completion to ensure successful installation of new equipment and completion of all service.

Barb McGraw Project Coordinator/Certified Technician
Barb has over ten years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She has worked closely with clients to design, implement, train and troubleshoot many telecommunication systems of varying sizes and needs. She has assisted in the installation of every ACD application for the past five years. On a day-to-day basis she programs systems, trains, and assists customers either in-person or remotely, and supports co-workers on all of the NEC product lines and features. She has also been involved in hundreds of successful jobs and has worked with hundreds of satisfied customers.

Joshua Melsheimer Telecommunication Engineer
Josh has over 11 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has designed complex networks and has served over 100 companies, many with multiple locations. Josh’s primary focus for the last five years of his career is IP Specialist. He has extensive certifications in multiple telecommunications, VOIP and digital servers and excels at programming routers, firewalls, VOIP servers and phone systems with voicemail and call accounting. Josh has made a strong commitment to staying abreast of the latest technology to ensure his clients receive the best system to fit their needs.

Danny D. Ristow Telecommunications Specialist
Danny has enjoyed over 22 years in the telecommunications industry. His years in the field have allowed him to service hundreds of clients throughout southeastern Wisconsin, many with multiple locations networked together. His certifications cover a multitude of telecommunications products. He holds 28 certifications in the NEC line alone. He excels at programming phone systems with voice mail, ACD and call accounting. Through his years in the industry, Danny has assisted in operations, scheduling technicians, filling in for the operations manager and running the help desk. Whether in the field or in-house, Danny is here to assist his clients in any way he can.

Stacey Schenk Customer Service Specialist
Stacy is the main point of contact for our customers calling in for service. Her wealth of knowledge about the various communication systems enables her to help customers calling in with questions about their systems. She also maintains the customer database, assists in payroll, and does the purchasing. Recently, Stacy has taken on the additional duties of shipping and receiving.
Mark Thompson Service Technician
Mark has installed and serviced almost every type of equipment in his 25 years in the telecommunications industry. He has multiple NEC certifications and his expertise covers not only equipment installation but voice mail, call accounting and ACD systems as well. Since Mark has seen and installed a wide array of telecommunications systems in almost every type of business, he’s our “go-to” guy for installations.

Scott Craig Telecommunications Technician
Scott has 12 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Experience includes Audio/Visual applications such as projectors, laptop/computer displays, various sound and paging projects, and security camera installations. Scott is also highly experienced in all structured cabling applications for commercial and residential needs. He has a certification in the Dukane Procare 6000 nurse call system. Scott has aided in the moving and installation of numerous telecommunication systems. These systems include Nortel and NEC products.
Keven Lisiecki Communications Technician

Kevin has 20 years experience in the telecommunications industry. He has worked with a wide range of systems and applications NEC IPK, IPK II, SV8100 and Nortel telephone and voice mail systems. He has extensive experience working with structured cable projects in both business and residential environments, including voice, data, sound, paging and various camera systems. Kevin has worked with various audio/visual applications such as projectors, laptop display on televisions/monitors via network cabling. He has been in charge of moving/installing as well as aiding other technicians in moving/installing many phone systems over his years of service. Certifications Include: IPKII
