If you are not already aware, Nortel has filed for bankruptcy and is in the process of being broken up as they proceed through this process.  These events have created concern within the telecom industry as to how Nortel will support their line of telephone systems and as your vendor we share the same concerns.  

Your company made an excellent decision to purchase a Norstar system many years ago and your system has served your needs well.  However, we have already started to experience issues in obtaining Nortel parts and technical support and we are concerned that our ability to continue providing the same level of service you have come to expect will become increasingly difficult.
